I’m looking forward to our appointment. Here is some information about my salon, directions on how to get here, and all the things to know before your first visit!

CONTACT INFO

The best way to contact me is through text. I will respond to texts within 24 hours during work days, Tuesday through Friday. After hours, I will respond during business hours on the following work day.

PRE-VISIT

NOTIFICATIONS

You’ll receive a text confirmation from me when you make your appointment, and also one 72 hours prior. Please make sure that you click through to confirm so that I know you’ll be at your appointment.

DAY OF

Please come with clean washed hair, styled how you normally wear your hair so that I can see how it looks every day. If you are coming in for a move-up, that appointment does not include a shampoo and blowdry, but please let me know if you would like to add that on.
Bring some inspiration photos so I can see what you like and what our hair goal is. We can go through these and decide the best course of action.

POLICIES

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Life happens, and I totally get it. But, in order to provide the best scheduling options for all my guests, I require a 48 notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Canceling or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price. Cancelling or rescheduling within the 48 hour time period of your appointment, may incur the entire appointment fee. Retainer fees for extension hair and install fees are non-refundable.

LATE ARRIVALS

Services for clients running late will be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjusting pricing. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fees will apply.

ADJUSTMENTS

I make it a priority to offer you the best service possible. If you are having challenges with your anything, please notify me within seven days of your service and I am happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Due to the artistic nature of what I do, I do not offer refunds on services performed and per manufacturers policies, all extension sales are final.
